[Silent Hill: Room 304]

Nice!

You captured the SIlent Hill essence very well. I liked the story you had going, although I kinda guessed the player would be Adrian all along ;)
You will probably like my game here on Newgrounds called Inculcation, it's a Silent Hill-inspired point and click game too.

[Highway Jumper]

Terrible.

The reaction of the character is different each time - sometimes he will jump as soon as I release space, other times he won't jump for a second or two after I release space, meaning he's doomed. The graphics are terrible and you've put the most annoying music in the world in the most annoying game. The reason the preloader doesn't load for a while is because you stupidly put the annoying music on the first frame of your Flash, meaning it loads before the preloader.

the reason i did that is because if someone goes to the menu again, it starts without stopping the music.

[Forever Samurai]

Fantastic

As usual, the Forever series doesn't fail to disappoint. I had fun with this, but it was a tiny bit awkward with my laptop's trackpad :)

Very stylish, very well put together.

Good to hear you can have fun even with a trackpad. I'll confess, I really did design it for just the mouse, but I've had a bunch of people tell me it's alright with a pad so that's a relief!

Not bad

You've put a lot of time in to this and it's well Actionscripted. I was a little put off when the menu screen came up and I couldn't just click "start" and had to navigate my way there instead. Not a huge effort I know, but a minor confusion that could easily have been avoided.

The game was well-made, but sadly it didn't bring anything new to the genre. It was very basic and didn't really consist of anything that made it stand out from the crowd.

A nice attempt though, I hope anything I've said is useful feedback for future projects.

yeah it is, thanks! tough i don't know how much you played it because there are many different levels and the more you play, the more traps and stuff show up.
maybe you're right about individuality but i think it's just in the first few levels..

I found this game extremely therapeutic. It was a simple challenge that required a lot of forethought, and the second music track just made it so calming for me. Very well done.

You had a good attempt at this. I can appreciate how difficult it is to make a Flash game. I think it would be greatly improved if you had someone else do the graphics. By the style of the scenery, it looks like you must have had someone else draw the chracters. It just needed to come to life a bit more.

Nice.

You'd got a great grasp of Actionscripting, and a good sense of fun. The full game will be fantastic, no doubt.
Here are my ideas for the full version:
- Better graphics (the ship and cows were good, but the landscape was too basic)
- Continuous flight (rather than getting teleported to base when you fly off the screen, you should come out at the other side of the screen)
- On the later levels, have other things to do rather than just abducting cows. Such as going through hoops in a race course or some other variant.
- Perhaps even a little storyline to go with it? A few cutscenes never hurt anyone :)

hey, thanks for the comments. i will make better graphics definately, the teleporting thing will be fixed and have consequences for crashing. hmm, a race would be fun, and there will be a storyline.
