The aesthetics of this short really blew me away. It's clearly not made in Flash but it looked great, I love the effects used for the orb. The design of the little character is cute, too.
I just wish you'd had more time to create more of a story and see what else you could have got out of this! I'd like to see what you make next :)

I have no idea how you expect me to play this game. I realise there are "jump in, balance" popups but they don't tell me any more than which key to press. Do I hold it? Do I tap it? When? I can't believe you made such a stupidly basic mistake to what should have been a great game.

It's a nice looking game and a great concept, but sadly it just doesn't play very well. The controls are incredibly unresponsive (particularly jump) and it just doesn't feel fluid. Also, I don't think I should trip over when I take a running jump and happen to land right next to a little obstacle, despite letting go of the "run" button in the air. It's frustrating. If you could tone down the difficulty and make the game more playable this would have been so fantastic.
